Hookava is a 21+ establishment. Use of this website and submission of any reservation or inquiry constitutes your representation that you are 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate reservations and inquiries. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
4. Reservation Requests
Submitting a reservation request through this website does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hookava staff. Bottle service reservations require a minimum of two weeks advance notice and are subject to our bottle service policies, including an 18% gratuity on the full party bill.
